What a welcoming, professional, supportive and caring experience my first visit to Ben was yesterday. I received a thorough examination of my foot, reflective listening to my problems and initial advice a degree of support was given- until further investigations can show the real cause of my situation. Then a very thorough email summarising my visit was sent with ‘what to do’ and ‘where to from here’ A very positive and supportive experience - thank you.

Ben worked me with from a base level of running fitness to running my first half marathon. He took a hands-on approach to assess my overall movement, prescribed custom orthotics, and worked with me to help resolve lingering ankle and knee soreness while running faster times and improving overall strength. He also provided some cool data and insight on my running stride and where I can improve things in the gym. I definitely recommend Ben to anyone, particularly runners of any level.

Sports & Family Podiatry is located in the Clem Jones Wellness Precinct in Carina, conveniently close if you’re looking for a podiatrist in Carindale, or podiatrist in Camp Hill.  We can assess and treat all adult and childhood foot and lower limb conditions.
