Ben worked me with from a base level of running fitness to running my first half marathon. He took a hands-on approach to assess my overall movement, prescribed custom orthotics, and worked with me to help resolve lingering ankle and knee soreness while running faster times and improving overall strength. He also provided some cool data and insight on my running stride and where I can improve things in the gym. I definitely recommend Ben to anyone, particularly runners of any level.

Attended here after recommendation from a Sports Physiologist after my previous attempts to progress with my torn plantar faciitis had failed.I found a very pleasant Ben Sweeting to be genuinely caring and interested in my plight and proceeded with a very thorough questioning and examination.I had some small devices strapped around each ankle and after using the walking machine, Ben had a clearer view of my underfoot.Ben strapped my foot and gave me specific exercises to begin a gradual loading phase, which was what I was hoping for. He made sure my foot was able to withstand this pressure, with some simple calf raises to begin with.The waiting room was spotless and a provided a comfortable, quiet area to browse the footwear,etc for sale.The young receptionist lad was very personable with a happy smile to greet you when you arrive.I was sent an email of my invoice and a comprehensive report from Ben detailing what we had discussed in our appointment that day.Parking was busy but I was able to find a spot both times.Have had my second appointment with Ben and happy to recommend.
